How it works at the airport

Antalya Airport handles millions of passengers a year and the terminals are busy right through the summer. Queueing at a desk, filling in forms and hunting for an office is nobody's idea of starting a holiday. So most of the process happens before you travel.

You give us your flight number with the reservation request. We watch the flight, and if your landing time moves, we move the handover. There is no charge for that and you do not need to tell us — we can already see it.

Once you are on the ground, call or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm the meeting point based on how the terminal is running that day, and tell you which exit to use and where to wait.

At the handover

We check the documents first: driving licence plus an ID card or passport, and a credit card for the deposit. If someone else will be driving, they need to be added to the agreement with their documents too.

Then we walk around the car together. Fuel level, mileage and any existing marks all get recorded, and we both hold the same record. Those five minutes settle most of what could otherwise become an argument at the end.

The rental terms, your daily mileage allowance and your return time are all in writing before you take the keys. Nothing new appears afterwards.

Giving the car back

Tell us your departure time and we collect the car at the terminal. It needs to come back at the fuel level it went out at, and we point out the stations near the airport when we hand it over.

If you would rather drop it somewhere other than the airport, tell us beforehand. Depending on the distance a fee may apply, and nothing goes through without your agreement.
