Antalya Airport is one of Türkiye's busiest holiday gateways, with two international terminals and a domestic one carrying serious volume through the summer. For most visitors, renting the car is the first real transaction of the trip — and the least welcome one after a long flight.
Before you book
Settle your dates as early as you can. Automatics fill up early for July and August; if you want a choice in those months, it is worth talking weeks ahead.
- Share your flight number when you book — the handover time is planned around it.
- Say how many people and how many suitcases; boot space varies by car.
- If you need an automatic, say so from the start.
- If you need a child seat, tell us the child's age and weight.
What documents you need
A valid driving licence plus an ID card or passport. Guests arriving from abroad need their passport and a licence that is valid in Türkiye. If your licence is not issued in the Latin alphabet, bring an international driving permit alongside it. A credit card is needed for the deposit.
Age and licence requirements
The age and licence conditions are the same for every car in the fleet: at least 21 years old, and a licence held for at least two years. There is no young-driver surcharge. The only thing that changes between cars is the deposit.
| Car | Minimum age | Licence held | Deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fiat Egea | 21 | 2 years | €400 |
| Citroën C-Elysée | 21 | 2 years | €400 |
| Renault Taliant | 21 | 2 years | €400 |
| Peugeot 3008 | 21 | 2 years | €600 |
If your flight is delayed
Because we hold your flight number, we can see the new landing time and move the handover to match. There is no charge and you do not need to tell us. If the flight is cancelled or your dates change, message us on WhatsApp and we will replan it.
What to check at handover
We walk around the car with you: fuel level, mileage and any existing marks all get recorded. Do not skip those five minutes — they settle most of what could otherwise become an argument at the end.
- Confirm the fuel level on the gauge together.
- Photograph any existing scratches and dents.
- Check the spare wheel and required equipment are in place.
- Test the air conditioning — in Antalya this is not a theoretical question.
- Confirm your mileage allowance and your return time.
Giving it back
Tell us your departure time and we will collect the car at the terminal. It needs to come back at the fuel level it went out at. If you would rather drop it somewhere else, talk to us first — a fee may apply by distance, and nothing goes through without your agreement.
